Kathryn "Kitty" L. Bowles 66 of New Castle passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband David S. Bowles and parents Robert and Kathryn Jones. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Robert Bowles and wife Twyla of Roanoke, VA; daughter Anne Bowles of Columbia, SC; and granddaughter Sunny Meadows of Columbia, SC. In honor of Kitty's memory, the family will have a celebration of her life from 1-5 PM Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Kitty's cabin, 147 Prices Cabin Drive, New Castle, VA 24127. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Craig Co. Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 81 New Castle, VA 24127.
