Kimberly Ratliff Williams, 50 of New Castle, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Ray & Lillie Ratliff and India M. Lang. She is survived by her parents, Bill & Bertha Ratliff; children, Jay & Sierra Greenway, Josie & Charlie Foutz, and Jonathan Richard Williams, Jr. & girlfriend, Dejionna Perry; parents, Ronald Richard & Bertha Jane Ratliff; grandchildren, Ellie May Greenway “Baby Girl”, Emma Jolie Greenway “Chipmunk”, Jasmine Dawn Foutz “Angel Girl”, Abigail Leigh Foutz “Sweet Pea”, Robert Foutz, Elijah Xavier Perry Williams “Eli” and Ayanna Perry. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at the Forks of John’s Creek Christian Church with Pastor Bill Frazier officiating. Interment will follow at Craig Healing Spring’s Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Paitsel Funeral Home.
